I have one acre parcel for sale in Jacksonville.  This is a really nice piece of land in a nice area.  I bought this land from a seller who has been collecting land in Duvall county for years.  It is a rare find in a good area.

People are funny.  One guy responding to my Craigslist emailed me – told me he lived down the street.  Said there was nothing special about the property and all the money he would have to invest to make it buildable and he offered me a pittance of like 4 grand –  I was more bemused than insulted – I told him thank you, but no thank you.  I was born on a Sunday but not last Sunday.

Almost the day after, another guy calls me – from nearby – he’s a builder – he makes a more reasonable offer – he talked me down on price to the lowest I would go – and said yes – but then never from for weeks – emailed me saying still interested , but nothing.

Like I said in my eBay listing – I bought this land to build my dream house.  I want to sell it but I won’t give it away.  This is so close to everything yest secluded inside a major city.  Florida real estate is back and the baby boomers are retiring,  If you are even remotely interested , I would suggest taking a hard look.  Someone will buy this property and make me a fair offer.  Don’t be surprised if this one is gone soon………
